About a third of a bowl left of Jim’s B Blend in a smooth 1998 Parker 489 three quarter bend Billiard with a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of Sprite is my drink.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Stonehaven in a 1984 black sandblasted straight Dunhill Shell 4103 Billiard with a black vulcanite stem. Cleaning a few pipes as I wait for Mad Dog Russo at the top of the hour.

Starting my day with a huge bowl of Carter Hall in an absolute monster of a Canadian. It's a hand made Mastro de Paja Limited Edition that makes my Savinelli KS Canadian look like a dainty lady's pipe in comparison. Really don't know what I was thinking when I bought this behemoth. A beautiful pipe but it takes forever to smoke a full bowl in this thing.

Now puffing Escudo in my venerable Kirsten Mariner. Perique is the Tobasco of tobaccos!

Over the years I've had occasional flings with other sauces, but I always come back to my first love, Tabasco.

Makes for decent relief for a sore throat too, believe it or not; gargle with a teaspoonful or so and swallow.
Capsaicin is a nerve blocker, the relief kicks in as the burn diminishes - 'bout 10 minutes or so.
