Been up since 4:30 despite going to bed after midnight. Ugh. Went out for a very small bowl of Royal Yacht in the very small David Huber sqigglyfish, one of his first pipes.

I'm heading into work a bit early so that I can pop out at 8:30 to take my wife to her next babydoc checkup. We may or may not find out the sex today, I thought we would but I guess the midwife mentioned that the appt may be about a week too early to tell. I left the Paul Olsen B93 tin on my desk so that's what I'll be smoking at the office today in the Polish Albin horn which is the next in the rotation, I think.

Does anyone have a new P&C 20% off code? I was informed by my wife that there's something she wants to buy me for Christmas and my package that arrived on the 13th had a promo card that expired on the 15th. Figured I could save her a few bucks.

Thanks Pete! The doc is making us wait until the next appointment (12/8) to figure out if we're getting a booger or a princess, but I did get to watch an ultrasound of the kiddo doing somersaults and cartwheels so that was pretty much the most awesome thing ever!

Really digging this My Own Blend B93 and wishing it was still available. I'm glad I jumped on the opportunity to pick up this 100g tin when I did. The description says the leaf is aged up to three years, so that dates some of the tin's contents to the 1999 crop.

Just wanted to thank you, Andrew!! Wow!! What a care package you sent! Been puffing off the gigantic bag of shag (4oz!!) since yesterday and really enjoying it! Cut me the slack I deserve as one of the worst Blind Taste Test contestants in pipe-smoking history, and I'll guess a few. That Sherlock Holmes stuff -- can't remember who makes that. It's been a while, but it also bears a resemblance to Kendal Kentucky. Then again, it could be one of those bulk McClellands. Whatever, it hits the spot! Haven't gotten to the smaller bag or the PA. So...what's in the smaller (still a full ounce!!) baggie?
