Found some nearly-crispy Newminster #81 Denmark in a box of pipe cleaning supplies, and figured I'd give it a go. Not good. Dry, lifeless, and burned hot. At least it was only about an ounce. Much better moist.

Lakeland Dark and Lakeland Light used to be budget tobaccos, sort of like Pensioners Mix is, from GH and came in one pound bags. I hadn't seen them in years until they came out with the Dark in a tin.Quote:
