Just finished a bowl of Pete's (@Neverbend) "Bryan's blend" while standing in the rain. It was a hasty smoke, but I couldn't wait any longer.
Pretty close to what I was hoping for! Can't wait to sit and give it the appropriate time it needs to open up, as well as try Pete's take on it.

I've been waiting on Meier & Dutch (the distributor) to begin taking orders. I spoke to our rep on Friday and they still didn't even have UPCs in the system. So as Jim said, I assume early December, but it could be scarce at the start of the race.
