Thanks. Quite a few reviews mention the similarity to SJF, which is why I wondered. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what Perique tastes like, and to detect the spice people talk about.
SG Navy Flake is near the top of my list, but it always seems to be sold out. I'm on a couple of waiting lists for it, so I'm sure it'll appear at some point. It definitely sounds up my alley. I didn't realize it had latakia - now I want it even more! I'm fast becoming a SG, GH and JFG whore, and a flake junkie! I seem to have more expensive tastes in tobacco than I do in cigars. Fortunately pipe tobacco goes a lot further.
Finished my bowl of St. James Flake and decided to have one more bowl of tobacco before bed.
I'm now smoking a little Dunhill Royal Yacht. I think this will do it for today.

MCCranie's Red Flake 2006 in a crazy-big Peterson 2002 POY silver spigot. Tobacco, very nice; pipe pug-ugly (big, unique).
