Spring cleaning located a warrior that I have been missing so I thought the best way to show my appreciation him was to fire him up.

Couple minutes or so away from smoking Holiday Excursion in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl.

Lots of RY the past few days. Just watching an old Murder, She Wrote, and the key to everything is the Sikorsky Ploy, an imaginary chess maneuver that results in mate in 7. Now -- since chess plays a largish role in the episode, and there is a scene where the ploy is to be demonstrated, you'd think that SOMEBODY on the set would know how to set up a chessboard!! IDIOTS! Stuff like that drives me nuts.
Think I'll smoke down another bowl of RY in the CG Forever and hit the sack.

Half way through this bowl of Flying Dutchman Match in a slight bend black sandblasted Lorenzo Elba Imperia 8636 with an amber colored acrylic stem.
Part way through this bowl of Field and Stream Match in a 2003 IMP horn Meer. I've enough left for one more bowl.
Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a medium bend 2002 MM Legend cob.

It is carter hall in a MM Legend at the recommendation of @Branzig .
After a long delay between purchase and now due to a death in the family, I decided today was the day :)
I attempted packing with the frank method and results were, well I'm not really sure. Draw was very loose and it went out after about half the bowl. I am so new to this I really have no idea if I did things right or wrong, but I scraped off the ash and relit the unburnt tobacco and finished the bowl.
overall it was a pleasant experience, I did receive some harsh flavors due to I'm sure me puffing too fast or hard.
Im excited to try again!
Just finished smoking Jim’s B Blend in a smooth 1998 Parker 489 three quarter bend Billiard. Next is Jim's Va/Bur #1 in a 2003 smooth Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Baskerville.
Glad you dug it! That was my last tin of the stuff I sent ya. Has some decent age on it. It's a great blend, especially when you are just getting into Latakia blends!Quote:

Dessert was Mac Baren Plumcake. Thanks Pugsley! Slowest I've ever smoked; it has a real tight feedback loop. Long pull = bite. Short sip = heaven. Smoked it in a drugstore MM.
