It is kind of a cocoa vanilla flavoring. I'm not sure if there is a difference or not. SmokingPipes only has Scotch Flake, Pipes and Cigars only has Scotch Flake Scented, and on TobaccoReviews there are only 2 reviews for Scotch Flake Aromatic. One is Freestoke's and the other is saying it is the same as regular Scotch Flake. I've never ordered regular Scotch Flake, so I don't know if it's different or not.
