This morning was a hodgepodge blend of Yule log, velvet, carter hall and LBF
This afternoon was Edgeworth ready rubbed Match while driving. I’m on my second bowl now and have another bowls worth drying a bit for a smoke a little later
Enjoying an adult beverage and a bowl of McClelland 40th Anniversary in a straight Savinelli billiard.
I did a stint in Detroit as an engineering intern for Detroit Edison. At soda fountains where I grew up, most folks ordered Cokes with cherry/vanilla/chocolate flavoring. But in Detroit, Vernor’s was more common. And many of them put cream in it!
Puffing a blend of two F&T tobaccos: 75% Vintage, 25% Blackjack. Better than the 50/50 mixture that I started with.
Studying unconscionability in contracts, while puffing a bowl of McClelland's 40th Aniverssary in a Savinelli Canadian.
When I'm done with the tins I have open, I'm going to have to slow down on smoking McClelland stuff I guess.
Puffing Solani 779, English Luxury Mixture, in my Kirsten Mariner. Good stuff! Virginia, Oriental, and Syrian Latakia
Penzance in my pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock.

G&H Rum Flake in a bent sandblast
First this morning was a bowl of Dark Bird's Eye and now a bowl of D&R Rowland in a Dr. Grabow Royal Duke billiard.

My jar of Wessex Classic Virginia went empty a couple of days ago, so I opened another tin today. And I’ve been smoking that exclusively. It’s a very fine tobacco. I only discovered it a year ago — wish that I’d discovered it sooner.
G&H Rum Flake in a Stanwell rhodesian
On of my favorite blends - GLP Sixpence - in a pipe carved for me by a BOTL.
Waking up with a bowl of G&H Dark Bird's Eye in an Albert John billiard/apple. Drinking Douwe Egberts coffee and Vernor's Ginger Ale.
Today I have had a bowl of Carter Hall, 2 bowls of McClelland Beacon and now I'm working on a bowl of Bob's Chocolate Flake.
Finishing off a bowl of C&D Haunted Bookshop in an E.A. Carey billiard. Drinking Red Rose iced tea.
Having a bowl of McClelland 2015 va flake w/ perique in a bent sandblast with silver band
Finished a bowl of St. Bruno flake in a big McCranie billiard.

I've got a small, unlabeled mason with about half a bowls worth of dry-ish something or other that smells faintly of latakia. Looks to be a rubbed out flake of some kind - probably something I prepared too much of a while back and stuck in this jar for safe keeping. A little latakia goes good with Va usually so I rubbed out a flake of PS, Navy to add to it, making a probable total of two bowls worth of this mystery mix. I'll try some later in the bent sandblast.
Just finished off a bowl of Smoker's Haven Exotique in a Dunhill Shell billiard.

I just opened a tin of Dunhill Navy Rolls. Very glad to see this tobacco come around in my rotation. Sipping Nespresso coffee, as usual.
I have one tin yet marked as “De Luxe Navy Rolls”, but I’m saving it for some special occasion.
Smoking some C&D Virginia Flake in a meerschaum calabash.

Nice!
I don't care for Va in my calabash. It seems to mute the flavor too much, especially the citrus which I otherswise really enjoy. Usually I smoke stronger blends in it like Sweet Rum (or whiskey) twist and D&R Picayune as it really mellows those out nicely. G&H rum flake is quite nice in it too.
You need to smoke that sucker more! The meer is still white :pipe:
That makes perfect sense; the Virginia was sweet but muted. I will try what you suggest with my G&H twists. I would smoke it more, but it requires a commitment - of one hand for 30 or so minutes.

Smoking a bowl of MacBaren HH Pure Virginia in a group 4 Dunhill Tanshell billiard.

I'm enjoying cigar at the moment (Padron 3000) but earlier I had a bowl of MacBaren Plum Cake, a bowl of McClelland 40th Anniversary and a bowl of Rattray's Old Gowrie.
Puffing a fill of Dunhill Navy Rolls from the tin that I opened yesterday. Regal tobacco, it is.
I went to bed early last night, to counter the DST effect. I’m bright eyed and bushy tailed!
Finishing up some Ennerdale, in a tall skinny MM Cob, with my morning coffee. It's a good, quality tobacco. IMO the taste is better if you let it sit for a long time (I've probably had this sample a couple of years) for the floral soap taste to die down some. I've enjoyed it but don't see me buying any.
The Devil’s Lettuce in a glass perculator:devilgrin:
Some stonehaven in a MM Great Dane. It was from a bag that seemed to have a few pin holes in it and there was some bits alreadys loose and ready to smoke from me packing it in jars. Figured as good a time as any to smoke it.
Smoking some Peach Latakia Flake made by @Bruck . Smoking it in an old Dunhill Bruyere billiard with an oval shank.

Having a few Dos Equis and a bowl of PS Proper English.
Having some sweet rum twist in a gourd calabash
Still puffing Dunhill Navy Rolls from the tin that I opened a couple of days ago. But I transferred its contents to an empty Hamborger Veermaster tin. Its smaller diameter makes for a better seal. Less boundary, and easier to grip and tighten.
Had an early morning bowl of Dark Bird's Eye in a Dunhill Tanshell billiard.
Having a cigar to finish out the evening. That happens as the weather gets warmer.
However I did have a couple of bowls of pipe tobacco earlier.
Had a bowl of University Flake in my standing Savinelli 114KS and a bowl of Sam Gawith Navy Flake in my sandblast Savinelli Bing's Favorite.
