Had a nice bowl of some homemade flake while shooting clay pigeons in a friend's backyard in West Virginia today.
Poor pigeons! Someone reading this will probably call the ASPCA on you. :p
May or may not get in a bowl of SG Chocolate Flake today, again depending on if I make it out fishing this afternoon. Yesterday was a success story (pipe smoking success that is, fish weren't biting) although the gale force wind smoked most of the bowl for me. I think I got like 6 puffs of very hot tobacco before the bowl was empty. Didn't need any relights tho... :pipe:
Found my jar of G&H Rum Flake, now with over two years of age on it.
A very nice smoke! Still has a hint of rum and a hint of Lakeland.

Having an early morning smoke of G&H Sweet Coconut Twist in a Hendon billiard. This tobacco is slightly aromatic with no goopiness and is also pretty strong, being a rope.

I like it! The black cherry aspect of it is very subdued and is mostly detected through the sense of smell. This G&H black cherry twist has less detectable flavoring than the sweet coconut or rum twist that I've been smoking over the last week or so. Like every rope that I've smoked, it is very rich in body and nicotine.
I've not tried using it as chaw yet, but have done that with coins cut from cigars in the past. I'd imagine that this twist tobacco would be much more satisfying than cigar coins. Thanks for the tip!
G&H Rum Flake in my oldest, grubbiest, nicest smoking MM Pride w/ Forever stem. Preceded by a Left Hand brewing company, Nitro Milk Stout. This beer is so smooth that it's hard to remember not to take huge gulps of it.
A bowl of my Vaper shelf plug, then a bowl of my English shelf plug, both in cobs.
