Now smoking the last of this tin of Solani 633 in a smooth straight late 1970s Charatan 4148DC Reg. No. 203573 pot with a black double comfort vulcanite stem. Tinned tobacco doesn't last so long in pots. Then again, neither does chicken soup! :)

Now puffing Fribourg & Treyer Vintage from a just-opened tin with nearly 3 years of age on it. It's a tasty, lightly topped medium brown Virginia. Soft smoking with a delightful room note.
As of yesterday evening, many of the F&T tobaccos were "Currently out of stock" at SmokingPipes, and they haven't received any for at least 4 months. I have enough Vintage to last me for several years, but I hope F&T hasn't left the business.
A bowl of 2015 AJ's Vaper in a 1930's Kaywoodie Drinkless.
I "like" posts even if I'm smoking cigars. I try to get out on the back deck and read the forums while I smoke whatever I'm smoking. By the way Jim, if you don't mind me asking, do you have a clue how many pipe blends you have. I'm just amazed. And also, do you have hired help to clean your pipes?......
I work from home also. I basically smoke all my cigars outside, but will cheat sometimes in the winter and go into my office and open a window when it's just too damn cold outside. I will hoot my pipe inside, but also try to keep it in my office. My wife is cool with me smoking whatever I want, where I want.....
Had some PS Luxury Bullseye Flake in a MM cobbit.
Smoking some navy flake scraps in a Willard pot.

Dunhill Elizabethan Mixture in a meer with a dab of Blanton's Bourbon
I have no idea how many blends I have or how many pounds of tobacco I have in the cellar. I haven't even bothered to count the open tins and baggies I'm smoking out of it. I'm congenitally lazy. I do have a fair idea of what blends I have, but I know I don't remember all of them. And I don't even have that big a cellar compared to some guys I know.
As for cleaning my pipes, I do that myself. I did ask my cats, Suzy and Molly, to help out, but all they wanted to do is to bat around and chew on the pipe cleaners, the little moppets!
Relaxing after a wonderful steamed mussels dinner with a bowl of MacBaren Burley London Blend in a 2001 black sandblasted three quarter bend Rinaldo Lithos YY bulldog with a tortoise shell acrylic stem.
When I met my wife, she was helping to conduct anti-smoking clinics at her church. When we decided to get married, I said I only have one rule. I've been a pipe smoker since I was 13 and been smoking in the house since I was 16, and that I wasn't going to be one of those guys who goes outside to smoke his pipe while holding an umbrella in the rain. I said if you can put up with that, we'll never have a problem. Well, July 2 will be our 28th wedding anniversary, and we've never had a problem, and never gone to sleep at night mad at each other.

I've had two fills of F&T Vintage, and I'm now working on my second fill of Solani 779, English Luxury Mixture. The pipe is going exceptionally well today. I don't know why that happens, but I'm grateful when it does.

Now enjoying Sam Gawith Cabbie’s Mixture in a post WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 Bulldog with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. Ice tea and bergs is my drink on this cool, lightly breezy day. I'm savoring it before the hot summer starts.

Now smoking Cup O’ Joes #4 Yeti Flake in a straight smooth patent era 1952 Dunhill Bruyere ODA apple 806 B124 with a black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink.
That's great Jim! Congrats on her putting up with you that long! I know it's a two way street, but you're right about never going to sleep mad at each other. It'll just fester in the morning. We don't argue because things can always be worked out with calmer heads. If there's a problem, just face it head on and do exactly what she tells me to do. I've been following Nannette around since August 31st 1991. She probably wouldn't have kept me around that long, but I can still out run her, so it looks like I'm still following her. Anyhow, I'm blessed to have a woman who'll put up with all my faults, as few as they are......😁
Smoked a haphazard mixture of McClelland 2010, 5105, and 2020 while on a walk with my wife.

Relaxing after a wonderful chicken parmesan and spaghetti dinner with a bowl of 2012 Louisiana Red in a 2003 medium bend Nording 4 rough top sitter with a small rusticated area at the top left and a with a black vulcanite stem. Still tangy, but age has refined the overall flavor.
Well I just knew I was correct! I just knew you had over 61 blends! I just amaze myself, and probably you and most on here also. I'll just jump out there and predict that you have more than 3....Errrrrr, I mean 2 lighters or other means to light a pipe.... I just have a feeling that I'm not that far off....
Not far from finishing this bowl of C&D Burley Flake #3 in a 1980s Peterson 314 Full Bend black Sandblast system pipe with a black vulcanite p-lip stem.

Been meaning to try a chaw of G&H Sweet Whiskey Twist, finally got around to it. Cut a 3/16" coin and cut that in two with a razor blade. Not bad at all but SRT is still the best rope for chewing (and smoking) IMO. YMMV of course, especially if you're a whiskey drinker, which I'm not...
Smoking a bowl of G&H Rum Twist in a Sunrise Dublin. I really like this tobacco!
