2015 Orlik Golden Sliced in a 1987 Capitello Ionico I (smooth) taper billiard.

I'll give this tobacco another try before putting it into a humidor for a year or so (and the way that I forget it might be 10 years). Needs something, age, sweetness, or perhaps another smoker the way that it is.

It ages quite well. I was in the same boat as you but after sitting it a year it is one of my favorites. I always keep at least 10 in the cellar now

I used the Capitello Jonico with the Orlik Golden Sliced because it's a thin walled smooth and it was noticeably better, although not something I'd reach for a lot. I'll take your advice and set it aside and revisit it in a year or so.
