Mr. Pease makes it. I bought it because of the components, which I all love (they're red va, perique, and dark fired) but I won't buy it again because it has a flavoring that when combined with the leaf, gives it a certain pungentness that is akin to valerian root..not bad, just different. I'd have preferred a little more creaminess or sweetness rather than the more savory approach.Quote:

Kajun Kake in an XX Old Church. The warmer weather recently only makes it more delicious IMO.
