Cake for breakfast. H&H Anniversary Kake to be precise. In a Il Ceppo straight sandblast billiard accompanied by a big mug of coffee.
Half way through this bowl of Jim’s C Blend in a smooth medium bend straight grain 2001 Karl Erik Ekstravagant brandy with a leaf engraved silver band and a black acrylic stem. A bottle of Sprite is my drink.
Puffing Escudo in my venerable metal-stem Kirsten Mariner. I just love the aroma that wafts up from a tin of Escudo. The perique, I guess.
Now smoking year 2005 Dunhill My Mixture 36166 in my old reliable 1986 smooth Peterson Kildare 999 Rhodesian with a black vulcanite stem and p-lip. Have enough for one more bowl. Time to watch Mad Dog Russo.

Drucquer & Sons Blairgowrie in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a pearl brown acrylic stem.
Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem.
The last of this sample of Year 2005 Dunhill My Mixture 36166 in a 1980 medium bend black sandblasted silver band Peterson Donegal 805 Bulldog with a black vulcanite stem.
C&D Christmas Blend 2016 in a 2013 MM straight Legend. Rain and hail... sheesh!
Dunhill Elizabethan Match in my trusty 1970s smooth three quarter bend Peterson System Standard 305 with a black vulcanite p-lip stem.
Making up for lost time with this tin of Anni Kake. This time in a smooth John Bessai Special X squashed tomato, one of my favorites.
Drucquer & Sons Trafalgar in a full bend black pebble finish 2001 Rinaldo Lithos YY8 Titania Silver Line egg with a black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink.
Next up: Dunhill Elizabethan Mixture in a Reiner Pipe Art Design B 1/4 bend smooth egg with beautiful flame grain around the entire bowl.
Peter Stokebye Luxury Twist Flake in my Savinelli Champagne bulldog.
Now smoking 2013 Capstan Gold in a brown rusticated slight bend 1982 Savinelli Non Pareil 99 Acorn with a lucite ferrule and stem. Three years of age makes a real difference with this blend.

This will be the last bowl of the day and I'm ending where I started, with H&H Anniversary Kake. This time in a beefy, sandblasted Il Ceppo Dublin with an acrylic stem with a broad, comfortable mouthpiece.
First bowl in a month or so...been cutting back a bit...
