I went through that about a year ago.
Two were just normal extractions but one had grown in sideways and had to be surgically removed by breaking it up into small pieces and digging it out.
They said they could just do it normally by just deadening it, but I'm a big wuss so I paid the extra for the better drugs. Crushed up 3 little small pills and put them under my tongue. I went to sleep and woke up with them gone. It wasn't too bad.
Couple years back I had a wisdom tooth and one next to it pulled, was smoking cigarettes and driving over 100 miles that afternoon to finish a termite job.
Don't let them fool ya,just bite down on a cotton swab and smoke away.

It is a terrific blend. One of McClelland's efforts to pay tribute to the original Balkan Sobranie, and the results are a fine, cool smoking and balanced oriental/balkan experience. I'll definitely buy more when this tin is finished.
