I've been absent from here for a while but the pipe has been getting plenty of fire. Hobbits weed, emp, 965, buttered rum and 1Q all being sacrificed in the cob. Today it was a coin of PS Luxury Bullseye Flake after an afternoon of riveting an aeroplane back together. Have an excellent Easter weekend to one and all!

My Escudo order won't arrive until Monday, and I want to open one of those as my next tin. But my current tin, F&T CVP, is getting low. So to stretch it, I've been smoking tobacco from a long-opened tin of Royal Yacht. It's dry as bone – crumbly – but, by golly, it's going down pretty good – better than I remember it being. This particular tin was cellared July, 2012. I've read that Royal Yacht was a favorite of Joe Stalin. :)
I'm working outside in the garden so I thought I would give this thing it's first bowl. I got it in a 7 or 8 auction lot of pipes out of Germany. Have no idea what it is, except that it has FRANCE on the base.......
