Sipping Solani 779, English Luxury Mixture, in my Tinsky brandy.

Cognac is an especially fine brandy — I’m thinking that Tinsky should’ve called this pipe a cognac.

Burned a very small bowl of Sam Gawith, Navy Flake last night in a Stanwell Rhodesian.
Using it as therapy to combat the congestion of a common cold. Doesn't work all that well...

Puffing Gordon Pym in my Tinsky billiard. Just back from a long walk. Very glad to sit down and enjoy some good tobacco.

Had a couple bowls of GL Pease Union Square, one in an old Dr. Grabow Berwyck and one in a Nording Canadian.

After a good walk (beautiful day today), I made lunch, which featured sandwiches of fried Spam on pan-toasted German pumpernickel with raw onion and Thumann’s Düsseldorf mustard. It’s remarkable how frying improves the flavor of Spam.

Now puffing Gordon Pym (Dan Tobacco) in my Tinsky brandy. I like this stuff better than any English mixture that I know of.

It's still too salty for me.

I'm going home tonight for a bowl of G&H Brown Flake Vanilla.
That and a hot rum toddy to (hopefully) clear my head...

Puffing Gordon Pym in my old Kirsten. Darned good tobacco. The Latakia is applied with a light hand — maybe that’s the reason I like it so much.

Puffing Solani 763, White & Black, in my Tinsky billiard. Dark Virginia, black Cavendish, and Latakia. This stuff is the mildest tobacco in my inventory, yet very tasty. And, for added points, few relights required.
