Okay, come on now guys.
I've given up tobacco for Lent.
I need some action here, so I can live vicariously.

You only have to give up tobacco on Fridays
Oh, and aromatics aren't considered tobacco so you can smoke those on Fridays if you can stand to.
-edit-
I should clarify...
American, drug store aromatics like Mixture 79 are not considered tobacco. You can smoke those.
Blends like G&H Bob's Chocolate Flake, although technically an aromatic, are considered 'tobacco' and are verboten...

Puffing Patriot Flake in my Luciano squat bulldog. I also have a bought-new Dunhill 3117 squat bulldog (amber root finish). Pretty little pipe, but I’ve quit smoking pipes with vulcanite bits. Too much work to keep ‘em looking like new.

Puffing Hamborger Veermaster in my old Kirsten. An excellent Virginia flake — mild and tasty.

Puffing a 50/50 mixture of F&T Blackjack and Solani 763, White & Black in my Tinsky billiard. The Blackjack is a zippy Virginia (sometimes too zippy), and the 763 is a very mild dark Virginia, black Cavendish, and Latakia blend. My 50/50 mixture of the two is very tasty, and a big change of pace from my usual Virginia fare.

Bro, if that doesn't score you some serious points with the big guy, I don't know what will. (Kidding. I know that's not the point).
I had a bowl of McClelland 2015 Virginia/Perique flake.
It was my only bowl of pipe baccy today, as this was a rare day that I smoked 2 cigars.
Check out my Youtube channel, Razorback Piper Guy if you like that sort of thing.

LOL
Man, I miss McC 2015!
Thinking about McClellands closing still makes me sad. I have a decent stash, but it saddens me that the McNeils are no longer able to practice their art of quality tobacco manufacturing.

Yeah, I was getting really low on 2015. I have a tin of St. James Woods (the tinned version) but don't want to open it.
I was at the shop yesterday and found out they had a little left. I told them to weigh it and it was a little over 4 oz.
I bought it and they even knocked a few dollars off since it was the bottom of the bag and was broken up more than usual. I'm pretty stoked.
