Just heard that Perretti's Thanksgiving Kake will be available for sale on November 1st. Maybe I'll need to spoil myself by ordering a few ounces... I have been working a LOT of overtime over the last four months.

OFF TOPIC:
I'll post in here before putting a notice on the cigar side. I finally completed work on the redesign of our sister site, www.niceashcigars.com. If you visit and the page looks, well, new, you're good to go! If you visit and the page looks like it was designed in 2000, the new info hasn't propagated to your ISP yet - just give it time and you'll catch up. I expect servers around the world to take another 48 hours. Anyway, we're doing $5 off $50 orders using coupon code NEWSITE. We don't have a ton of pipe stuff but we do have a fresh shipment of Balkan Sobranie, McConnell Oriental, Chonowitsch T15 and T17, Newminster 403, etc. And, of course, lots of cigars if you're keen to those. Enjoy!
Hi Andy,
Site looks good and I placed an order. Well done and may it be the vessel of bountiful business!

I only opened it for a minute, honest. It's back under pressure already. I'm not sure why there's a large, slightly sticky mass in the center (where it's noticeably darker) - maybe because I had to jury rig the whole thing and I'm pressing it unevenly, so it's forcing some of the moisture to that area - but that's not a big concern. This stuff is oily as heck and it smells absolutely divine. I will say that for using only a touch of latakia, 5%, it smells fairly strongly of it. And the perique, which accounts for 20%, is very pungent too.
Anyway, I'm putting my pipe down and lighting up a Behike. Haven't had a cigar in a while, and I've earned this one. I also brought a smidge of Pappy rye and a smidge of EH Taylor rye, so that'll be my late lunch.
