Started off today with Prince Albert in my 1950's Monterrey
Now smoking Chatham Manor in my Casellero
Altadis Coco Cream in a Yello-Bole Nova brylon Bulldog
Puffing Solani 763, White and Black. I'm really liking this stuff! The creamy Cavendish and the pungent Latakia complement each other so nicely -- kind of like eating ice cream with peppermint chips. Well, kind of...
The "Black" comes from the tobaccos, all of which are dark. The "White" comes from ... ah ... Comes from the tin label, which has quite a bit of white.
G&H Louisiana Flake in a Rattray's cherry-wood army mount and sipping iced tea with a bit of mint.
FYI, this is a very nice combination; makes the tea taste sweet. However, it's just sun-brewed, Lipton tea brewed in a 2 quart mason jar with a sprig of fresh mint. Sipping it alongside the L.F. I would think there was a spoonful of sugar in there but I know there's not, I drank half the mug before I fired up the pipe.
G&H Rum Flake in the same pipe
Smoked a bowl of G&H Sweet Coconut Twist in this group 5 Dunhill Shell earlier today. This looks like a billiard but it's bored big like a pot (1" inside diameter). I sent it off to Walker Pipe Repair a few years back because it was bored off center. I didn't think anything could be done about it when I called them but Dave said he could fix it for $15, so I sent it in. It now looks better but it is hard to keep lit with such a wide bore.
