What Did You Smoke Today? (Pipe Edition)

Just finished a bowl of Dunhill Dark Flake in a London made Ben Wade apple.

Think I'll finish the night off with some Nightcap in an old banded Dr. Grabow.

Just finished a Saturday morning smoke of some homemade VaPer cake in a Dr. Grabow Grand Duke.

Drying out some G&H Glengarry Flake for an afternoon bowl... probably in an old Grabow

Been off the forum a few days -- been busy refurbishing some of my old USA-made Chicago Cutlery kitchen knives. The ones sold as Chicago Cutlery nowadays are cheap Chinese knockoffs.

Just finished the last of some Wessex Classic Virginia -- ready to open another tin and put it into a Weck canning jar. I'll also put in a "Hydrostone" humidifier (pink, leaf-shaped). I'll see if I like that better than the little perforated aluminum cans with the humidifying element inside. The aluminum cans tend to corrode.

Now puffing some good old Escudo.

Good to see you back. I use the hydrostones occasionally myself. I'm smoking a bowl of G&H Sweet Coconut twist in an old Dunhill oval-shank billiard that has been buffed so much you can barely read the nomenclature. Drinking a cup of dark roast Dunkin Donuts coffee trying to stay awake for The Thistle and Shamrock radio show.

Pulled out my Swiss BBK and my jar of Captain Black original paired with Folgers
Custom Roast. If it cools down some I'll head out to the porch for a bowl of
Frog Morton Cellar.

Puffing a bowl of Escudo before heading off to Kaiserhof, then the pistol range. I usually get my best scores after a trip to Kaiserhof. Don't know if it's the German food or the tall Hacker-Pschorr lager…

Decided to try something new to me and fired a bowl of Stonehaven in my Ol-Vic.
Didn't get kicked to the porch so it's lookin good.:crossbones:

Brown Bogie in a pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock.

I've never tried it before. A friend from my local shop brought me a sample yesterday.
It's pretty good. Pretty good nic hit for sure.
