Yep. That was the first one in the hydraulic press. The press was a success, but I think I like the first blend better. I am now pressing a plug of my leftover Vaper jar shelf blend.

Tried some Sutliff Creme Brulee in a cob while cutting down a small ornamental tree in our yard. Boy is that stuff wet!

Listening to the rain avoiding the text book I'm supposed to be reading. Enjoying a bowl of SPC plum pudding in this little homemade contraption. Thinking I might need to try more SPC stuff because of how much I enjoy this.

Just got back from the Knoxville Pipe Club meeting where only four people showed up. Started off with a bowl of C&D Crooked Lane (very good English) in a group 4 Dunhill Root billiard. Then had a bowl of member Ted Sluder's homemade English blend in a group 5 Dunhill Shell billiard. Then finished with a partial bowl of Solani ABF in group 4 Dunhill Shell billiard. A good night for such low attendance.

had a bowl of this the other day in a cob. For all the talk that it was nicotine zero flavor, I actually thought it was kinda tasty. Admittedly I love burley. It was like the tobacco equivalent of that super bitter, bracing truck stop coffee.

Give SPC Miss. River a try if you haven't.

I started off the day with some Viprati in a MM Dagner Poker, moved onto LTF in the Sav Trevi 320KS and finally some Red Cake in the Emin Apple Meer.
