Half way through this bowl of Old Colonial in a medium bend beater 1979 Aalborg natural freehand made by Nording with a black vulcanite stem. Have enough left for a bowl or so.

Last smoke of the day is 1970s Edgeworth Aromatic (Red) in a light brown 1979 rusticated medium bend Italian Sir Jeffrey Dublin sitter with a flared top and yellow stem. Relaxing and listening to some jazz.

I never can either. Sometimes the mix is good, sometimes not so much...
last night was a filthy old cob (2nd pipe I ever bought; a MM Pride w/ Forever stem) filled w/ MacBaren Vanilla Cream flake while sitting near the campfire, camping in the woods, under the stars with my daughter. Not a tobacco I usually like much but the atmosphere and company made it the best pipeful ever.

Having my 2nd cobful of a mix of Lane 1-Q and Latakia, about 60/40 mix. Is good. We recommend.

Puffing Fribourg & Treyer Cut Virginia Plug from a just-opened tin. This lightly-topped stuff is so smooth and so tasty! I've not seen anyone else on the forum mention it, but you owe it to yourself to give it a try. Nice room note, too.

I have been ill this past week and even missed a couple days work (very uncommon for me). Have not had a bowl of baccy in nearly a full week. Finally am back close to 100%.
So needless to say, I am really enjoying this bowl of Solani Aged Burley Flake in my Savinelli Punto Oro Mr. G. Really hitting the spot.
Check out my Youtube channel, Razorback Piper Guy if you like that sort of thing.
