Don't you have to let them air a day or three after cleaning to let them rum dry out of the wood?

After cleaning them I let them air dry with the stems removed. One day usually does it, the high alcohol rum evaporates pretty quickly.

It is dark and thin ribbon cut, but not a shag.

Now smoking Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite stem. Cleaning a few pipes.
