That'll probably take the edge off :pipe: (OJK is one of the few Runowski Burleys that I have yet to try, but Haunted Bookshop, Morley's Best, and Pegasus are all pretty decent in the strength department-- half a bowl in a small pipe for me, thanks!)
Today I only managed a bit of Drew Estate Gatsby Luxury flake in a small Savinelli Bent Bob's, after 3 days of no smoke. Not a bad blend, and it was one of the few things that appealed in this heat.

C&D Haunted Bookshop, part of a bomb from our friend @Alligator Gar , in an Altinok Meer :) Not sure how they came up with that name, but somehow it's fitting!

End of the day smoke was Dunhill Elizabethan Mixture in a MM Legend.

Another mixture that I've not smoked in a long time (> 25 years). Has a floral note, well made and other than a trace of that essence it's starting off well.
Just finished smoking Jim’s C Blend in a smooth medium bend straight grain 2001 Karl Erik Ekstravagant brandy with a leaf engraved silver band.

Apparently lots of storms heading our way.
I think it would calm my nerves if I, say, found myself in a haunted bookshop! One of the first C&D blends I smoked. I loved it. Strong and distinct, the Runowski blends all have a special something about them.
Today, I smoked a small bowl of D&R Rimboche S.J. in oppressive heat. Can't wait for it to cool down and for fall to break out the heavy Englishes more regularly.
A third of the way through this bowl of MacBaren Burley London Blend in a 2015 three quarter bend two tone Chacom UPO Rouge squashed tomato with a black acrylic stem and shank.

Pray for me Brothers, I started out with my cob and a full load of Captain Black, I then found myself with my Meer in hand and it was smoldering with @NeverBend 's The Professor. But no this was not the end, I am now working on a bowl of PS Lux Navy Flake in my Tally Ho 3/4 bent Briar. And to top it all off I can't get that Germain's Plumcake out of my mind and my BBK is calling. At this rate people will think I'm a PIPER !
Smoking some Thomas Hariot in the NB Barling 5579. Having a hard time wrapping my head around what I'm tasting. Is it a VaPerKy? No. Maybe a BurPerOr? It is not registering in my "I've had this before" centers. It's not a beginner smoke, doesn't bite but definitely tingles. Thanks Pete!
