Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. Love this tobacco and the pipe, too.

Flying Dutchman Match in a slight bend black sandblasted Lorenzo Elba Imperia 8636 with an amber colored acrylic stem.
MacBaren Symphony in a very ugly reddish color 1980 medium bend Lorenzo Leganza Sigma 8635 etched rough top.
2015 Pete's The Professor in a 2015 MM Diplomat cob (straight).
The Professor is an all black blend that I created for my friend, Dr. Mitch S., and it became a store favorite. I've been working on it for a few weeks and this is the final version that tastes like it did when originally made in 1979. I've also recreated a similar blend that I called Einstein, (so named when Mitch got his doctorate).
The cobs have been wonderful for testing.
I'll post a separate thread if anyone is interested in sampling.

Trying some Mac Baren vanilla cream in my cob. Bit bitey but I'm very fond of the room note.

Oh, OK, I'm colorblind (I actually am). Ours was dark blue. We called her Big Blue, imaginatively. It was a great vehicle for road trips, and when you remove the rear seats, there's more cargo capacity than most pickups.Quote:
