Giving the Peterson Irish Flake another try. I didn't want to just write it off after only one bowl, and after a long day today I wanted the Vitamin N hit that I knew it would provide.

However after 1/2 of a pretty large bowled pipe I am feeling the relaxing effects of the nicotine though. Or maybe that's the Jack and Coke. Whatever.

Peter Stokkebye Aromatic Dutch Sliced with a sprinkle of H&H Larry's Blend to smoky it up.
Amazing the difference the Larry's Blend made; The tiny sprinkle (maybe 10%) of LB TOTALLY concealed the flavor of the ADS. Tasted like not much more than a very weak version of LB. I enjoy both these blends but mixed it wasn't very good. Live and learn.
Could have been the pipe too. Smoked it in my glass bottom, semi churchwarden Country Gentleman. This pipe seems to tone down the flavor of certain blends... I'm not sure why.
