What Did You Smoke Today? (Pipe Edition)

Just got back from the Knoxville pipe club meeting. Tonight I had a bowl of GH Kendal Kentucky, followed by a bowl of Peterson's 1865 mixture. Later a friend bought a tin of GLP The Virginia Cream and passed it around. Everyone was impressed with it. If this is an aromatic, then it's the driest one I've ever tried, even fresh. It actually gets better about halfway down the bowl, at least to me.

Just finished a bowl of Elizabethan Mixture in this little pipe. It's a no name that I picked up at a flea market. I'm not sure what it is made of (I think some kind of fruit wood) but it's not briar.
It is light as a feather and a pretty fair smoker. I enjoy it.

Looks like pear to me, but let's ask the expert, @bluenoser .

No. I'd rate the nic-hit as mild to medium, slightly more to medium than mild. But, I'm comparing it to ropes and other real heavy stuff.

Far from an expert but does looks like it could be pear. Similar in grain and color to mine.
