2015 Orlik Golden Sliced in a 1980s Il Ceppo 4, smooth, oval shank billiard with Diet Pepsi.
This tin was bought on 10-15-15 so it's had a little over 6 months age in the tin, but it's very different from the fresh tin that I had last year.
This is deeper, a bit more acidic and no trace of the 'green' immature tone of the first tin. I have another tin from the same date that I'll wait on for a year or so to see how it changes.
