I knew the old gauze biting trick, but I really haven't had any desire to smoke since the removal anyway, so it hasn't been an issue. I've just been taking a bit of nasal snuff for the ol' digestion, gotta keep things running smooth.

I was just jerking yer chain, being a cigarette smoker for over 30 years and not really feeling it to quit,I find a way around any obsticle to my smoking.
