Tried some C&D Bayou Morning in a pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock.
If you don't know about it, it is a Vaper that is 25% Perique, which is a lot of freakin Perique.
Vapers are my favorite, but it's a little heavy on the Perique for my tastes as is.
I jarred up the entire 2 oz, minus the one bowl and I'll revisit it in a couple years. It will be interesting to see what age does to a blend that Perique heavy.
Check out my Youtube channel, Razorback Piper Guy if you like that sort of thing.

The St. Bruno arrived! You get first pick since you asked about it previously, which means that you can take up to 5 tins. They're not cheap - $15.99 each (as always, add $8.95 shipping under $100) - but that's still less than buying from overseas! Let me know, and then we'll see if anyone else wants a tin or two!
Great! I will follow up with PM. Thanks!

Having some Pride of Manassas (new name for my homemade flake ) Batch 35 - cigar scraps, cigar cavendish, burley red tips, imzir, md 609, latakia, peach/vanilla cavendish, cased w/ peach/vanilla flavoring. Just sliced and jarred it yesterday, so it's still a bit too fresh, but I had to give it a try. This is another installment of a collaboration among a couple bums (started out as Puffers) and I, so I owe them some now!
Flavor is kind of sweet and dirty, like your second or third girlfriend
PS - pairing with some Los Amantes Mezcal, a match made in Heaven.
