I've just got to give a shout out to Mars Cigars.

I sent them a question about an order through their online form, and got a response from Mark in less then half an hour, at 11:30 pm on a Friday night!

That is pretty amazing.

Stand up guys over there. The customer service in the tobacco market, online or B&M, has renewed my faith in humanity. If only we could all sign a virtual "thank you" card and email it to them haha.
