Can you guys send me an email at [email protected] so that I have your email addresses and I can send out group emails? I need to explain some things and give a little guidance about the tobaccos I'm sending.
@EmperorZurg & @AlligatorGar, I have your email addresses.
The packages were delayed for the best of reasons, I included a sample of a very costly (to make) mixture that I've named Thomas Hariot. I'm smoking it now. Thomas Hariot was a brilliant man who accompanied Sir Walter Raleigh to America. He was instrumental in bringing tobacco to Europe. I couldn't start to list the achievements of this mostly forgotten but incredibly brilliant man. I'm honored to honor him. Look him up on Wikipedia, his achievements are spectacular, a true polymath.
Packages will go out on Monday.

Seems like NY to Oklahoma is the magic route. Hope that you all get the packages before the weekend.

My regular postal carrier is a women who has been delivering out here for around 5 years,I'm thinking she keeps an eye out for tobaccos and pipes I order,they always get in about a day early.I have to check my box several times a day,we have some teens who are looking for a federal acomadation.
On these tobaccos,I found the Professor to be a bit of a dry smoke a little hard to light but other than that the flavor was phenominal and the room note was pleasant.Einstein was moister and more pleasing,the flavors filled all my senses.The room note was enticing,had my wifes little dog,a cheweenny up sniffing the smoke.While I'm not good at describing seperate flavors I do know what I like and this Einstein blend is at the top of the list followed closely by the Professor.
Pete let us know if there is anything we can do to help,prayers and wishes that all is or is going to be all right with the Family.

Got mine yesterday and tried The Professor. Nice, rich flavorful smoke, and pretty mild on the nicotine. Looking forward to trying the others, and to more revelations about what goes into these blends! Thanks again, Pete.

I'm working on a bowl of Thomas Hariot right now.This is kind of in between,it's a fairly cool dry smoke but it carries the flavors well.Seems to have a bit of perique to as I'm picking up just a hint of spice.In the pouch it is some what dry but not brittle,the aroma is pleasing,a sweet woodsy smell.To call it nutty would be an insult, it's much better than that.Packs easily and lights fairly quickly.I'm smoking in my DG Lark, a small briar and I've had no problems with having to relight.The taste, to me at least, is citrusy and woody with just a hint of tingling.The room note is of a citrus tea and pleasing by it's own right.This wood make for an excelent evening smoke with scotch or unsweetened tea,or maybe a martinee.( I've never had a martinee so gimme a break here) All in all I wish I had several pounds to cellar and break it out when I wanna make my nephew jelous.....this is GOOD STUFF !!
