Sir. I beg you to try the new guy trade. I traded with a fellow named Warren. He saved me six month of messing around buying the wrong stuff. He traded me a simple book that explained everything about pipe smoking. He set me up with some cobs (they smoke cool), cleaners and tobaccos. Everyday Tobacco and really special ones. All for a can of tobacco sent right to him from the company. I'm too old to waste time making mistakes, I want to enjoy this past time from the start. Either way, hope you enjoy your time here.

Great haul Jim that ought to keep you busy for a while.

@Lynn congrats on the pipe. What's this about the sister? Did I miss something?

I wanted the Jacopo Renaissance series to have hand-cut rod vulcanite (black) stems but I acceded and we went with hand-cut black lucite bits. When this pipe arrived, with a white stem, I had a minor canary - completely out of context, (can't redo the stem without shaving the shank).

From the same seller as the Renaissance I bought this pipe, that may prove interesting, but I'm not likely to smoke it.

Is there any way that I can rig my computer so it will instantly melt if I ever look at another pipe on Ebay?

I just hacked in and tried something. Go to ebay and look around to see if it works.
Happy as if I had good sense.

I can't afford that many computers.

Is there a way I can just have my fingers cut off instead?

Well .... that didn't work, although there is now a laugh track that grows louder if I bid, and becomes absolutely hysterical if I win an auction.
