Received the pipe today and it is the type that uses a pipe cleaner as a filter. Interesting concept and once I get it cleaned up I'll have to try that.

Well...I saw the deal for 50% off IMP meers in SP and broke down. Officially the most expensive pipe I've ever bought ($160) but still not bad considering some of the high rollers around here. I'll show off my new baby when she get here on Thursday. I'm so excited! My first meer!

Damn you sir! I was unaware of IMP meers going out of business and that SP had them at 50% off! Damn you! I just had to purchase one! You sir are not helping my PAD. I don't really need another pipe!
Pipers will push you down the slippery slope of PAD/TAD! Get out while you can!

I as well almost pulled the trigger on one. But I don't care for any of the shapes, so I passed.

Just won a little something something on Ebay...which I said I wasn't going to bid on... but my goodness what a deal...go figure. Pics will follow after it arrives.

Received my Posella Bent Apple today! Pete really helped me find the smooth bent apple he wanted. Every time I sent him another listing for a cheap bent apple he'd say, "well those are nice, but it's no Posella." When the guy that introduced them to the US tells you it's a good pipe, it's a GOOD pipe. I am pleased because it is rare and unique, beautifully made and feels and smokes fantastic. Here, take a look:

One pound of C&D Old Joe Krantz and a handful of those little plastic folding pipe stands that I keep misplacing or giving away. Don't really need the tobacco but I just had to get something while the C&D bulk is 20% off at Smokingpipes.com.

Love my folding pipe stand for the ones I don't want to clench. It helps me pace my puffs a little. Funny how something so insignificant can become so meaningful. Thanks Warren!
