They look nice but, unlike the Forever stems which are all one piece, those fitted tenons look thin and none too sturdy to begin with. I wonder how they'd hold up in a cob after reducing the wall even further.Quote:

Man, I've got to stop looking at this thread!
It is killing me. We are in the process of adoption; no one in particular - we just feel the desire to help a child that needs a family. Therefore, both PAD and TAD have taken a hard stop to help pay for adoption stuff. I know I'll be able to get back to it one day, but it sure is killing me.
One second thought, keep posting. At least I can live vicariously! :pipe:
And if you are of the inclination, please do pray for us in this process; and pray for our future adopted family member's safety, in the meantime!
