The bowl looks like a cartoon photoshopped in. I guess that is where it focused and it was the only thing in front of the smoke.
Happy as if I had good sense.

Aww! She looks like a good little dog. She's sitting in yer lap AND guarding ya at the same time!

I thought I didn't like little dogs when I was younger. The smallest dog I had was a 60-some-odd pound boxer named Daisy, until my last dog. My last dog was a Boston Terrier that was dumped on me by an owner that couldn't handle/control her.

Poor little girl had gone through five owners and she was only six months old. They thought she was really cute, but her hyperness and willfulness made her owners crazy.

She was dumped on me by a normally calm lady who flew into rages at the poor little dog.

I thought I might take her for a couple weeks and tame her down, calm her down, teach her basic commands, train her to walk a lead without pulling the lead or walking in front. The plan was to not get attached to Kibble (she came with the name), and find her a forever home once she had some manners. I should have known better. We fell in love with each other in no time.

I took her everywhere, even to work. I took her to a job I loved (They taught me silversmithing and lapidary work) until everyone else there brought their dogs to work, but the other dogs didn't have good manners. The boss said no more dogs at work. I asked him if maybe good dogs could still come to work. Dogs that did what ANYONE said. He said that wouldn't be fair, so I quit and found a job where Kibble was welcome.

She lived twelve and a half years, and passed on four years ago this Spring. I still mourn her, and haven't been able to get another dog yet.

I understand little dogs now, and understand why people get them. They have the hearts of lions, are very cute, and they crave our company. Little dogs rock.

Nothing at all wrong with a lap dog. This is my 14 year old Jack Russell, Vespa. At 14 she now has the energy of a normal dog.
