Someone tipped me off that we're being premature because the final field won't be announced until tomorrow, and two of your horses will most likely be cut. We're going to have to pick beginning tomorrow, and be VERY quick about it, since the race is run on the 2nd.

Look over the horse names and be ready to place your bets quickly (as Tobias says) once the post positions are selected.

The 'Kentucky Derby Draw' determines the entries and their position in the starting gate (post position) and I think it's being televised on NBC at 4:00pm.

As soon as the post positions are assigned you can list your picks.

Selection Format:LastHorse, NextToLast, ThirdFromLast

One line with all three horses is fine. Only one rule: LastHorse must be unique!

I assume the same picking order...I won't be able to make my pic until around 7:30PM because it's league night and I'm going to hack and slash my way around the golf course.
