+1 on Frogmorton Cellar
HPCS Pine Grove is nice too although I don't think it's an aromatic. It's even better with a rubbed out coin of G&H Black Cherry Twist mixed into a bowlful.

I bought a bunch last year when you sent me the Pine Grove. Good stuff! That blend with the sliced rope was great!
