What Does ISIS and the FDA Have In Common?
I am sure the anti tobacco forces of this nation who applaud the efforts of the FDA to eliminate tobacco would not appreciate being compared to ISIS, but they do have summat in common. I just read on a British news outlet that ISIS, who control the town of Raqqa, have instituted a policy of flogging residents who are caught smoking. It is interesting that, in modern times many dictators and oppressive groups have opposed the peoples right to choose to smoke. Hitler was anti tobacco. He claimed tobacco was introduced into Germany by Jews who wanted to weaken the master race. Oh well, people who want to control others tend to be unbalanced.

Interesting observation, Nick! I'll have to file that away for future debate with "anti-tobacco progressives"
