Thanks for the link CQ - when I went back it was closed. As I said, I didn't have a dog in the fight, never bought from them, but I am not sure I have ever seen a thread on any forum get so personal. Maybe I do not get out enough. LOL

I buy my estates before any restoration has been done and always will. I like to restore pipes myself so I know exactly what I am getting and also the prices are usually much, much less.
