3 - Price increases are inevitable, even if taxes don't increase.

4 - Some states have already created legislation against shipping tobacco into the state. It's probable that this legislation will spread and doubtful that it will be repealed.

5 - There is a growing market for older tobacco.

    I'm not cellaring, I'm hoarding.
I figure it's going to be more useful than beanie babies.
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

I like not having to figure tobacco into my weekly or monthly budgeting. When I need some, I just go downstairs.

I'm personally not afraid of the total ban of tobacco sales...I think there is too much tax revenue there for them to do that; of course marijuana will become a better cash crop over the next 10-15 years and will be a huge tax income all its own, so who knows.

I am more worried about the control and shutting down of internet commerce.

I wouldn't worry about it being shut down, it's way too big, but they dam sure will figure a way to TAX it! There is the real problem, as taxes will be high, very high!!!
Of all the things I have lost in my lifetime, I miss my MIND the most!
