When you say Boutique for Boutique, I assume that means HTF NCs, but only for NCs. Meaning one could not exchange an NC, for a CC, or a CC for an NC. Is that correct?

Okay, I do understand, however, there are many, many NCs that out class many CCs, with respect to both construction & flavor profile and cost as much or even more than CCs.
