Can’t like these. Ouch!! So, what, They collect the cigar tax according to which state it is being shipped to, like most online merchants do with sales tax?

Bad for online cigar sales, helpful to local B&Ms. Bad for cigar sales in general.

Depending on the local state cigar tax, may be worth it set up a receiving address by proxy in another state.

Well...I noticed the bids were kind of low, so I placed bids on two different lots thinking I would get sniped out of one if not both. It didn't happen.

Turns out the bids were low because of the new 50 cents per stick taxes, and I didn't read the fine print.

Nica Habano Wrapper. Been a while smoke about as how I remembered, tho thought the Wrapper was a shade lighter than these, heavy in the hand large Cigars.

Surprised CI collects it. NY is 75% cigar tax but last I knew all the online places collected was the 8% sales tax. If they all start collecting the real cigar/tobacco taxes then yes, they will successfully kill the online business. I've been watching this for awhile and it is coming at some point.

Cigarettes are nasty stinky garbage, ain’t had one in 26+ years and still pay for it.

I've quit and then gone back a few times. Maybe this is the last straw that I needed to make me stay gone for good.
