Could be voodoo! . Is Haiti known for their tobacco? I would guess they have basically the same soil as DR. But will they rush the hands of time?

It is the same island, right? But I have often wondered how the Dominican Republic does seem fairly prosperous and Haiti, at least, has the reputation of being so poor. I guess Haiti still has poor living conditions.

Yup, same island. IMO it all comes down to the government. Haiti has been given financial help several times, but it never seems to benefit the people. I also believe the DR govt governs their border with Haiti pretty aggressively. They aren’t far from becoming like Haiti.

If I got a Haitian cigar, I would definitely freeze that bastard after sprinkling with Distilled Holy Water! 😁

There's actually a really good history podcast called Revolutions by a guy named Mike Duncan. One of the revolutions he covered is the Haitian revolution. He gets in to a lot of the factors for that difference in the series if you are curious.

$13.70 per stick is a little high on some of them, but not stupidly so. And there are a few in there that are pretty difficult to find and are often offered at crazy prices. Primarily Rare Pink, Oscuro Oro and Opus 888.

Yes but eye and 2 pr are normally closer to 15-17. Opus 888 are at normally closer to 25 not sure on oro but should be fairly similar to 888. So I think that is pretty fair pricing on a few htf items.
