    @Tombstone is right - they explained it on the Cigar Authority podcast. UPS requires signature but USPS does not. I assume a state law would trump that but here in NY I always just choose USPS so I don't have to screw around with signatures

    I do that too, which is why I’m guessing I’ve never run into this issue.

    UPS said 1:30-3:30 delivery. Nope. Wife is pissed - has stuff to do. 3:45PM I checked website and now it says "by 9PM". I tell her to just go. Guy shows up at 5, but daughter is now home. Hands her the package, doesn't ask her to sign anything - lol.
