Option 1 or 2 ?

I made an order with option 2 2 weeks ago, and now i have to pay 93$. but it's the first time out of 4 order with option 2 that got 'busted'.

I have always used option 1. Never had a problem here.

My last order showed up with a customs bill, was only for a little over a dozen sticks so bill's pretty small but canada post forgot or didn't notice and didn't charge me for it. Guessing I'll get a bill in the mail but still kind of odd. First one in 4 orders flagged.
Also think we should add tobacco companies to this as well for the pipe smokers among us.

I remember from the old site there were 3 or 4 that were good for us but Can't remember what they were, i'll dig around and see if I can find them saved on my computer somewhere

I know smoking pipes was recommended to me from puff but they're by the books

Also suggested to me was 4noggin and milantobacco but not sure how they ship
