I believe the first smoke from last year Veteran's Day was from @cheaphumidors - a Tatuaje Tattoo. She bombed me some At Ease cigars - a very military and patriotic themed brand. Gonna have one tomorrow, and save the rest for the next couple Veteran's Days, may as well keep the tradition going. She's got a couple years to figure out what I'm smoking after that!

A good website with pics of the F/A-18C aircraft VFA-15 (my squadron) flew, ordnance, aircrew, and carrier operations in action. The "Active Unit" in green hasn't been updated - the squadron was decommisioned a few years back.

Thank you for sharing. I see you've been a Bum for quite awhile, and I hope to see what you're smoking more often.

My grandfather served in the Korean War. He's been dead now for almost 20 years, though I was able to get some of his official military records. He was 101st Airborne and a tractor operator, I believe.

Although I never served, I have the utmost respect and gratitude for those who have and are currently serving.

My dad left home at the age of 15 ( he lied) and enlisted in the Army Air Corp during WWII. He was an MP and guarded prisoners of war in France.

Good thoughts and prayers for those who have served and are currently serving. I encourage everyone who has an American flag to fly it proudly today!

Today is Mrs Smokeys birthday and I will be driving about 50 minutes away to pickup and bring her birthday supper home this afternoon. And I have much to think about and remember on my short trip. I will smoke something special on this special day in honor of our brave veterans and service members across the globe.

GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THE BRAVE HEROS WHO SERVE OUR COUNTRY!!

My thoughts and prayers are also with the Americans still trapped in Afghanistan! Fuck global warming, bring our people home!

Unfortunately don't really have any patriotic themed cigars, so just going with some good ones I have been saving.

2011 God of Fire and 2001 Saint Luis Rey Double Corona are on the menu for today
