I've seen alot of things like this with cross border shipping. had 1 order go from Miami, to Toronto Ontario, bounced to somewhere in LA only to cross the border in British Columbia . Good thing CP packs well with water pillows

@Billb1960 and I were trading some sticks a while back. We both send ours out on the same day. The sticks I sent made it to Oregon in 2 or 3 days. After 5 or so days I let Bill know I hadn't received so he contacts the USPS. They admit to him they have no idea what happened to them. They scanned them in at the USPS station in Oregon but then they never moved. Bill files a claim with the USPS to get the insured value of the sticks, which they at first deny. Bill keeps fighting the man and ultimately gets his insured money. In the meantime he has sent me a substitute package of cigars in trade. Well over a month goes by and a flat rate box shows up in my mailbox - it was the first package that the USPS originally lost!
