So...uhhh...what's the story with Camacho American Barrel Aged?
So for the last couple of months I've been reading reviews on how great these cigars are, and I believe it. I want one. The reviewers don't seem to have any trouble at all procuring them. One reviewer even said he went out and bought one to review.
OK...I'll bite...sounds like a great stick...but everywhere I look, including the local brick and mortars, don't have 'em! The usual on-line suppliers either don't stock 'em or list them as 'back ordered'. Anybody have a line on where to get these? Or is this the usual 'we build up the hype but hold back on availability' scenario? Which if they carry that too far, may backfire, there are a TON of great sticks out there that ARE available!

Yeah I'm sure that the supply is artificially limited. My local B & M has them. I bought a box of Toros from Cigars At Your Price when they restocked. I really like them. Who knows? Maybe they'll end up as Lost & Founds in a few years.
We're going to need a bigger humidor

I broke the see saw!
I tried one. Not great not horrible. Kinda middle of the road. Don't know if I'd spend the money on one again
Pissing off people since 1973.....and getting better everyday

That what I thought too...While not bad, and I wouldn't turn one down, I'd rather have the Equador or criollo.

I found one B&M near me that had them and picked up a couple. I was impressed. A hint of sweetness and perfect construction. Since then I’ve been to several other B&Ms that have every line of Camacho you can think of but no American Barrel-aged. Famous has them but only by the box, unless you go for the three stick sampler. Don’t forget the discount.

Famous has them all backordered except the 5X50 Robusto Tubo...that's the problem, yeah they list them...but back ordered or not in stock. Frustrating.

I am pretty impressed with this cigar. It's no Diploma, but its certainly tasty. Am going to Just For Him on Thursday with some local friends. JFH is doing a 3day event for the American Barrel-Aged.
