obliterated me, I've got some work to do. Thanks again Bob, you sir are a great Santa!
I am planning on doing it tomorrow, since I am great at procrastinating. Why do today when I can wait until tomorrow?
Anyone else do this on a semi-regular basis?
I do it a few times a year. Rotate stock and check / update inventory counts.
But I'm always doing the Tetris thing and refilling the winos from back stock in the coolers
No cigar until you get a par - birdie if it's a scramble !

Organizing the cigars. And keeping an accurate inventory. Those two things I do almost every day, especially the detailed inventory. Organizing in terms of location, not so good at.
Sometimes I worry that I've gotten the inventory wrong. Annoying that is. OCD ? Dunno. Since all of this involves doing something. Organizing or Inventorying. I don't let this go beyond the point of thinking about doing.
In the end since nothing ever gets done, at least I am not procrastinating.
After all, if there's something right there that should be done, needs to be done. It'll still be there to do tomorrow, and knowing that to be true, it should not be hard to let it wait more one day. Then once enough time' has gone by You will no longer have to do it at all. And You will have gained time for worry free naps in addition to more chances to sit back and enjoy smoking a cigar whilst your cigars get to mix and mingle as they wish.
Your Welcome.

The very first thing I do with a bomb is spread them out on my bed and identify all of them, then add them in my app in the proper container, then put them in the proper container.
Kind of a pain trying to identify a large number of nc's, as there are just so many produced, I have a difficult time identifying them. Fortunately I have a caliper, wooden decorative board with a ruler and holes for measuring rg, and the Cigar Scanner app, all of which has greatly improved and cut down on time, identifying NC's.
Have no problem with identifying most cc's on sight since there are FAR fewer to keep up with
As for organizing your bombs (and all your other smokes too), I would highly recommend the Cigar Geeks inventory app. I've been using it for about 13 years now, and it contains all the information you could possibly want about your cigars, and everything is fully customizable for your `system". I love it. By far the best of all the inventory app's I have gotten just to check them out. It blows everything else away.
The android version is in the Play Store for download, but I believe that the Apple store no longer has it, but a Google search should turn up the Apple version pretty easily.
It has the occasional minor glitch, and hasn't been supported with updates for like 5 years at least, but once you get used to it, dealing with the main glitch is simple.

Have to ask, since I have never heard anyone refer to showy sticks before, what do you consider a showy stick?

Fuente is by far my favorite nc marca, and I have a tupperdor just for them as I have so many on hand at all times.
Actually getting a little low and need replenish a bit.
Coincidently have made good friends with the admin of another forum who does photography and web design work for Fuente and JC Newman, and they always tell him to keep all the cigars they send him to photograph, so he has a literal ton of them, many with some pretty good age.
He has bombed me multiple times with some nice Fuente and Newman smokes, which I'm still smoking my way through after probably 6 months since the last bomb.
Very nice, generous guy. He spreads the wealth all over the forum to lots of people.
Also, obviously a very knowledgeable guy with Fuente and Newman smokes. Anytime I have a question about one, I text him and always get the information I needed.
Very good friend to have,lol

Thanks, but no thanks. That seems like more than I care to mess with. I'm a Keep It Simple kind of guy. If whirling is your thing, then whirl away!

Like the 3 you showied for Christmas smokes. Nothing wrong with showing the goods. Who doesn't enjoy a beautiful large breasted woman taking the girls for a walk?

Ah, gotcha.
Wouldn't personally have considered them showy, so had to ask.
The Monte was just from my "special occasions" tupperdor and the other two from my "well aged" tupperdor
Thanks

I started using the app shortly after I started smoking cigars, so I never had to add a ton of cigars like you probably would. For me, it's simply adding new ones as they arrive, so its pretty quick and easy. Its just a matter of upkeep for me.
I would love to have the app on my tablet, but no way I'm adding over 500 cigars to do it, so I understand where a lot of people are coming from when this subject comes up
